Job Description:
The Case Manager & Participant Engagement Specialist plays a dual role in supporting the well-being and housing stability of residents at a permanent housing shelter. This position combines trauma-informed, person-centered case management with the coordination of resident-focused events that build community, foster social connection, and enhance engagement. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, creative, and committed to a Housing First and harm-reduction model.
