Case Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Manager Assistant to join our growing personal injury firm. In this role, you will provide critical support to our case managers and attorneys throughout the pre-litigation process. You will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the preparation of case files
• Managing lien negotiations and claims
• Drafting legal documents
• Tracking key deadlines
• Maintaining communication with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties

Compensation: $24.00 -28.00 per hour

• Prior experience in a personal injury law firm or related legal field preferred.
• Familiarity with personal injury case processes, including medical liens and pre-litigation procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal case management software (e.g., Smokeball, Filevine, Clio, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
