Case Manager (Bachelors Degree)

Community mental health center located in the heart of Wyoming is seeking a Case Manager to provide mental health and substance use disorder treatment case management and related services in our Riverton office.  Regular office hours are Monday through Friday 8a-5p, however, the provision of services during evening and weekend hours may required (with advanced notice).

Fremont Counseling Service is a small team of dedicated individuals that have a passion for helping others.  Our organization is a CARF accredited, private, non-profit, community mental health and substance use disorder treatment center that has been serving Fremont County since 1959.    

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in human services (psychology, criminal justice, addictions, etc) from an accredited institution.   

• Experience providing mental health and substance use disorder services in a community mental health center preferred.  


• Services (individual outpatient and group intensive outpatient) are provided in-person, via telehealth, or in the community.
  


• On the job training provided and job shadowing may be required before working independently.

Compensation:  $45,000 - $49,920 annually plus benefits, dependent upon experience.  Position is full-time and classified as Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime).
