Qualifications and Responsibilities of Adult Care Case Manager

• 3+ years experience in the field


• Desire to improve quality of life for adults with behavioral health challenges.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, secure environment.


• High level of commitment, dependability, and interpersonal skills.


• Experience in behavioral health, or crisis settings preferred.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current automobile insurance meeting state minimum liability requirements.


• Computer skills are required for documentation and system use.
