Medical Temporaries, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced ***Case Manager I***.

No Experience Required

This is a PART-TIME/TEMP position hours are flexible (between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm), Monday through Friday, located in Norfolk, VA (23502) working up to 30 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

A Day in the life of a Case Manager I:

As a Case Manager I you will provide activities and services that assist adults diagnosed with a serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders to access needed psychiatric, medical, substance abuse, social, educational, and other supports necessary to meeting basic needs. Completes clinical documentation in accordance with agency and state guidelines.

Requirements for the Case Manager I:

Required: Bachelors degree in human services
Required: BLS
Required: Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screen
Required: Must be reliable and a quick learner and have ability to multi-task with accuracy in a very busy environment
Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required: Possession of a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record as reported by the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications for the Case Manager I:

Preferred: Mental Health experience and substance use experience (but not required)
