Family Ark provides individual and family therapy services to youth and families in southern Indiana. Our newest program, the Lotus House, is a transitional housing program for pregnant and parenting mothers in recovery. The Case Manager provides case management services for the families living at Lotus House and collaborates with team members, families and other professionals to meet each family's specific goals and needs. This position reports to the Lotus House Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include
Maintains all client case management/case records, including treatment plans, monthly reports, case notes, etc.
Facilitates groups addressing recovery-based rituals of daily living, including parenting skills, employment, wellness, recovery skills, etc.
Links clients to resources for sober housing, recovery-conducive employment, health and social services, and recovery support groups.
Promotes and provides strength-based language utilizing evidence-based recovery models.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.
Two years of professional experience in the human services field, experience working with addiction and recovery populations preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Must be able to pass extensive background checks.
