Case Manager or SSW, Full-Time

FCCBH’s Moab Clinical Office has an opening for a Case Manager.  The Case Manager will work with individuals with mental health/substance use disorders to assess their needs and coordinate services, and provide support and education.  Entry level position but experience Bachelors level education or an Utah SWW Licensure is preferred. This is a great opportunity for significant professional growth in a clinically rich, friendly, non-profit environment with a dynamic, supportive, and experienced team.  At least $18.21/hr, plus a $3.00/hr Housing Differential. Additional pay offered to candidates with BA/BS in a human services field. Hiring preference will be given to those willing to participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
