Job Description - Case Manager Personal Injury Bilingual

we are seeking a talented Bilingual Case Manager Personal Injury to join our team. This position is crucial in providing support to clients navigating the complexities of their personal injury cases. Your role will encompass managing cases from intake through resolution, ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service and effective communication throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of personal injury law, have experience handling cases in a legal setting, and be proficient in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial client intakes and interviews to gather relevant information regarding their injuries and legal claims.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering updates and addressing any queries.
  • Gather and organize medical records, bills, and other necessary documentation to build strong case files.
  • Communicate with insurance companies, clients, and medical providers to facilitate the claims process.
  • Assist in negotiating settlement offers and ensuring clients are informed of their options.
  • Prepare legal documents, including demand letters and settlement agreements.
  • Track and manage case progress, deadlines, and documentation for case files.
  • Advocate for client interests to ensure they receive the best possible outcomes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information and adhere to ethical standards.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a case manager in a personal injury law firm.
    • Familiarity with legal case management software (Filevine is a plus).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and case management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
