Case Manager/Peer Support, as needed

Description

Four Corners Community Behavioral Health is seeking an “as needed” Case Manager/Certified Peer Support Specialist at our 24-hour Receiving Center & Social Detox. Duties include greeting clients in a crisis setting and assisting in supporting client’s needs throughout their stay at the Crisis Receiving Center. Assisting clients with intake paperwork, notifying clients of the rules of the center, and ensuring a positive and safe work environment. Assist with crisis de-escalation by assessing client’s needs and connecting them to resources within the community are essential functions of the job. Must be able to lift 20 lbs and bend, sit, and stand for periods of time. Communicating discharge plans with clients and staff and daily communication with staff is also required. Some transportation of clients may be required. Candidates must work with staff to ensure individuals receive the utmost care and compassion throughout their experience. Strong coordination skills and relevant work experience are preferred.

This position covers staff absences, often on nights, weekends, and/or holidays. The minimum number of hours cannot be guaranteed. This position is offered "as needed" at $17.34/hr. Hiring preference will be given to those willing to cover grave shifts, additional compensation is dependent on certification/licensure, experience, and level of education. We offer a $2.00/hour differential for shifts worked on Saturdays and Sundays and an additional $2.00/hr. for time worked between 11 pm to 5 am.
