Case Manager/SSW, Full-Time

Description

 FCCBH, Inc. in Price, UT has an opening for a Case Manager. This Case Manager will work with individuals with mental health/substance use disorders to assess their needs, coordinate services, and provide support and education. This position will also act as a liaison between FCCBH and the Drug Court programs. Provide support, educate, and advocate for Drug Court participants. Candidate with a bachelor’s degree in human services or an SSW License preferred. At least $16.84/hr, additional pay offered to candidates with BA/BS or SSW licensure.
