JOB SUMMARY:


Managing a team of 12 operational staff.



  • Functioning as administrator, coach, and advisor and providing training to team members.

  • Working with the Service Center Manager to develop, implement and monitor operational plans.

  • Determining resource needs and shifting available resources to ensure the highest level of productivity.

  • Analyzing existing and new business requirements to determine gaps and provide solutions.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:



  • Currently employed with Florida Department of Revenue

  • One year of experience as a supervisor, team lead, unit lead or project manager

  • One year of experience monitoring workload assignments using reports and other resources to verify completion and accuracy

  • Two years of experience coaching, mentoring, promoting professional development and performance improvement activities


PREFERENCES:



  • Customer Service Center experience


SPECIAL NOTES:



  • This role is eligible for part-time telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.

  • Alternative Screening Tool will be used in lieu of Skills Verification Test.


SALARY: $49,793.88 - $60,231.84 / annually
