Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Cash Application Supervisor to join our team. As a Cash Application Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the posting and reconciliation of the A/R Roll Forwards for MDS/Canada/Mexico/ and Europe
• Supervise the set-up of customers in company ERP system.
• Timely review of special assigned accounts to ensure clearing of unidentified deposits.
• Supervise, assist, and post as needed the application of cash for the difficult and major accounts.
• Timely preparation of monthly Mexican cash reconciliation.
• Supervises, trains, and assists in the appraisal of immediate personnel.
• Responsible for the monthly verification/reconciliation of bank cash logs.
• Ability to set up and release sales orders in company ERP system.
• Process exception clearing (write- offs/contentions)
• Other duties as directed by management.

Must Haves:
• 3+ years’ experience in Microsoft Office Skills. ( Proficient)
• 3+ years’ experience in written and communication skills. These skills will keep both upper management and subordinates informed on key issues.
• 3+ years’ experience in Previous credit and cash application experience (Business to Business)
