Job Overview

This opportunity will be a hybrid role working in our Dunwoody, GA office. The expectation is two days in office and 3 days remote. 

The Cash Applications Manager will manage customer receipts, identify issues and trends, keep upper management informed, and recommend solutions to identified problems and risks.

As a Cash Applications Manager, the following job duties and responsibilities will be part of this opportunity, but are not limited to them:
 

• Manage credit card processing software.
• Manage monthly close process. GAAP and revenue recognition.
• Reconcile payments. Make journal entries.
• Manage team to ensure budgets, goals and objectives of the department are met.
•  Manages staffing and overall team performance, including daily processes.
• Identify and post accounts receivable payments, apply credits, and/or adjustments to the appropriate customer and expense accounts.
• Work with the AR team on issue resolution and provide feedback in a timely manner.

Requirements for our Cash Applications Manager:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in cash application
• 3-5 years’ experience leading high performing teams
• Ability to manage $200 million+ in payments per month
• NetSuite experience is critical, and GetPaid experience is a bonus.
• Technologically advanced and savvy. Ability to build and grow new processes.
• Daily cash processing experience.
