Compensation: $69,000- $72,000 annually

Job Summary
The Supervisor, Cash Apps and Billing, manages a team of three to ensure all payments received are deposited on a timely basis and properly applied. The Supervisor also ensures that invoices related to Sourcing and Additional Services are done accurately and in a timely manner. This position reports to the A/R Manager and will require in office attendance.

Requirements
Required Education and Experience
· 5+ years in A/R, Accounting or similar finance related position(s)
· Basic understanding of accounting principles
· Diplomatic, courteous and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
· Advanced Excel skills
· Understands the importance of teamwork
· Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Experience working with a Cloud ERP system
· Authorized to work in the United States for any employer
Preferred Experience
· Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
· Hospitality Experience
· NetSuite Experience
