CASH COLLECTOR with Danish

Your role

As a CASH COLLECTOR with Danish, your mission is proactive collection of debt from customers in accordance with agreed payment terms, using appropriate chasing techniques. Reconciliation and maintenance of customer’s accounts, dispute management. Contribute to healthy cash flow and working capital for the organization.

You will

• Proactively contact customers (via email, phone, etc) to ensure timely payment of invoices to maintain overdue debt and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)


• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances


• Generate dunning letters and statements as per defined schedule


• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, and claims in collaboration with relevant teams or customers


• Daily upload of invoice copies to Customer Portals and follow up on issues.


• Update internal systems (e.g., SAP, ERP) with collection activities and status notes


• Update customer contact details in master data


• Manage customer disputes, escalate unresolved issues appropriately


• Monitor shared mailboxes to make sure all requests are actioned and response provided within agreed time


• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Credit teams to address account-related issues


• Secure timely operation and escalation of issues to direct supervisor.


• Maintain professional communication with customers and uphold strong business relationships

To succeed, you will need

• To have fluent level of Danish and communicative English


• At least short experience from finance, administrative or customer care role


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel), SAP knowledge is an advantage
  


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


• Assertive and diplomatic approach, negotiation skills


• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
