Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• 
  

  Balance and post transaction reports for multiple stores

  
  


• 
  

  Research payment discrepancies related to Service ROs/Parts invoices and pursue resolution

  
  


• 
  

  Reconcile bank transactions with accounting postings 

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with teammates about unposted bank transactions  

  
  


• 
  

  Post miscellaneous fees and A/R transactions

  
  


• 
  

  Deposit checks for entire Accounting department

  
  


• 
  

  Address merchant charge back claims

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor check returns

  
  


• 
  

  Create monthly floor plan reconciliation report 

  
  


• 
  

  Assist representatives at multiple stores with schedule maintenance

  
  


• 
  

  Answer questions about customer payments and refunds

  
  

Qualities needed to succeed include:

• 
  

  Ability to work effectively as a team member.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

  
  


• 
  

  Detail oriented and good communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in Excel or Google Sheets strongly recommended.
