SUMMARY:
With the goal of enhancing lives, fulfilling dreams, and building communities this position, under moderate supervision and is responsible for member set up of requested Cash Management services. Provide member service and support for all Cash Management supported functions. This person requires an ability to communicate effectively with prospective and current members and to represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no formal, direct supervisory responsibilities although will work with leaders and peers in the organization to drive results.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
Contributes to the organization's mission statement and goals by providing the highest quality of service, treating each person professionally - with warmth, courtesy, and respect, and making a personal effort to make members feel they belong and are important to the credit union.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position operates in a traditional office environment with standard business hours. Regular use of standard office equipment and extended periods of sitting, standing, and computer work may be required. This position requires working on-site during regular business hours. Regular interaction with coworkers, members, and/or management through both in-person and virtual communication platforms is required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus six months to one years’ related experience acquired in a credit union, bank, or other financial institution. Thorough knowledge of credit union’s computer system for performing basic input/output tasks. Preferred: Relevant training in a credit union, bank or other financial institution.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
No requirement.
SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as financial and account statement information, government regulations, credit bureau reports, and policy and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence and effectively present the information. Ability to speak effectively with members and other employees of the credit union.A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature.
Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities, companies and/or individuals becomes necessary.

This position demonstrates expertise in at least one major functional area of the department (ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Analyzed Accounts, Sweeps, Online Wires). Demonstrates advanced competency levels across the entire spectrum of Cash Management.
