Incredible Pizza Company is a 1950s-themed family entertainment center that features an amazing buffet with over 100 food items (we’re best known for our Incredible pizzas) and a game room full of entertainment like go-karts, laser tag, bumper cars, and arcade games--all under one roof! 

Position Description

The Cash Manager at IPC has the critical responsibility of the daily cash reconciliation and administration of daily cash deposits. This leader must ensure that all cash drawers are balanced each day with the daily management income reports. This individual must practice the servant leader management style by treating all employees and fellow leaders with respect and support, ensuring a neat and fun department to work in.

? Responsible for pulling drawers through 7:45-9 PM

? Responsible for pulling the kiosk cash at 9pm

? Responsible for counting every drawer along with the kiosk and resetting drawers to $278

? Responsible for counting and making the buffet and kiosk deposit

? Responsible for counting the safe every night, making sure it equal out to $6000 and 9 drawers with $278 in each drawer.

? Responsible for making sure everyone is clocked out at the end of the night.

? Responsible for running and reporting labor 

? Responsible for printing, saving, and emailing all reports 

? Responsible for setting alarm and locking up the store

? Maybe responsible for taking deposits at the end of night.

Position Requirements

? Must possess good math skills and can easily count money in a very fast paced, hectic environment

? Ability to work in a fun environment and with limited supervision

? Assist in maintaining a neat, clean, and organized Cash Office area

? Possess excellent planning, organizational, and implementation skills

? Ability to interact with guests, fellow leaders, and all employees in a friendly, fun, and courteous way

? Possess knowledge to easily work in a computer-based environment

? Well-groomed and neat appearance
