Position Overview:

This position accurately posts patient and payor payments to the patient accounts and prepares the daily deposits. Accurately balances the daily lock box, EFT, local depository, and credit card payments.

Education Qualifications:

• Required: High School Graduate or equivalent

Experience Qualifications:

• 
  

  One to two years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting.

  
  


• 
  

  Prior experience working with standard office equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to effectively communicate with the public and perform routine mathematic computations.

  
  


• 
  

  Be able to use Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) posting and accuracy validation, as assigned

  
  


• 
  

  Balance and post lock box payments and adjustments as assigned

Pay Range:

• The pay range for this position is $16.20 - 24.30 per hour.
