Job description:
We are seeking a Cashier to become part of our team! You will be responsible for assisting our customers in ViaCash Store using related equipment to conduct monetary transactions.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store daily.
- Follow all safety guidelines.
- Assist store customers.
- Resolve customers' issues.
- Enter daily sales report in Excel.
- Deposit funds into ViaSafe.
- Prepare reports at shift end.
- Balance cash drawer.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Bilingual skills required: English and Spanish.
- Excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to operate available equipment, such as computers, calculators, scanners, copy machines.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Basic math skills.
- Attention to detail
- Check cashing experience preferred
Education And Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent desired.
- 1 year of retail experience.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Readily adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needs.
