Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing CASHIER to join our team! In this role, you will welcome customers into the restaurant and assist them in taking their order. Your goal is to ensure patrons enjoy their experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers into the restaurant with a smile

Take guest orders.

Explain the menu items to customers

Create a pleasing experience for every guest.

Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency

Bus tables and wipe down surfaces. Attend to all lobby duties.

Maintain a clean work environment.

Assist in expoing the guest orders.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with food safety guidelines

ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification required before being put on schedule

Excellent customer service skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for extended periods

Flexibility to work weekends.
