Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Process cash and credit transactions
Maintain knowledge of company products and services
Answer customer inquiries
Address customer complaints in professional and timely manner
Ensure accuracy in all financial transactions
Protect customer data and secure financial information
Handle complaints and refunds
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with relevant cash register systems and POS software
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and team-player spirit
Attention to detail
