Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Cashier to join our dynamic team. As a Cashier, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for our clientele. Your primary responsibility will involve handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency, while also assisting with customer inquiries and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. 

Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately.


• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper change and receipts are provided.


• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases.


• Maintain cleanliness of the checkout area and ensure all merchandise is organized.


• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner, offering suitable solutions when possible.


• Count cash in the cash drawer at the start of shifts and perform end-of-day cash reconciliation.
