Main Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly when they enter and leave
• Deliver fast, friendly service at the front counter/drive-thru window
• Manage transactions accurately using a cash register and product scanner
• Accept payments via cash, credit, or check and provide receipts
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms
• Upsell and Suggestive sell items to increase sale total

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with Toast POS systems and cash registers beneficial
• Basic computer and Toast Pos proficiency
• Strong math skills and ability to multitask efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to resolve complaints effectively and maintain a positive atmosphere
