Cashier

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash, credit, debit, and mobile payment transactions accurately.


• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries according to company policies.


• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked checkout area.


• Assist customers with locating products and answering questions.


• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience is a plus.


• Basic math and cash-handling skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.


• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
