This person is usually the first Hall employee who our customers have contact with either by phone or by greeting them when they come through the door. YOU are the face and voice of Hall Imports. SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers
• Receipt customer payments/cashiering
• Schedule appointments
• Follow-up and reminder phone calls to customers
• Data entry
• Assist in answering multi-line phone system and transfer calls
• Miscellaneous clerical duties such as filing, faxing, collating, etc.
• Assist service manager with special duties
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform duties of a receptionist when needed
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous customer service experience
• Proper phone etiquette
• Accurate data entry
• Experience in cashiering & handling cash (preferred)
• Desire to increase knowledge/responsibilities to be able to grow in this position
• Regular and consistent attendance
• 18 years of age or older required
