Cashier and Drive Thru Staff

We are looking for an fun and energetic applicant to fill a vacant spot as a Crew Member and contribute to the overall excellence of our restaurant.  Wage will depend on experience.



Responsibilities of a Crew Member:

•  Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and be professional in every aspect of performance
• Strive to exceed fan expectations and deliver fan first service through timely and quality service
• Quickly and accurately take orders, prepare orders and products following restaurant, health, and safety standards
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members
• Checking the quality of the ingredients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management 
• Answer fan questions about product ingredients and preparation
• Be a team player and maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members
• May be required to meet requirements of all other staff positions.

• Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. 
• Ability to follow directions and established procedures.
• Communicate positively with fans and co-workers constantly during shifts
• Effective time management and organization skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!
