Cashier- Counter Attendant

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A CASHIER- COUNTER ATTENDANT

As a Cashier- Counter Attendant at our restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. You will have the opportunity to interact with customers, take their food orders, deliver food to the tables and ensure that their experience at our restaurant is memorable. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. You will work with your other FOH team members to ensure tables are bussed and the restaurant is clean.

ARE YOU THE CASHIER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

To succeed in the role of Cashier- FOH Attendant at our restaurant, you will need to possess a range of skills and utilize various software and tools. First and foremost, you must have excellent interpersonal skills to greet and interact with guests according to our service standards. Using our POS system, you will accurately enter guest orders and process cash and credit card transactions, ensuring that tickets are closed correctly and providing accurate change when necessary. Attention to detail is critical as you issue receipts upon request and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of your shift.
