Cashier - Fox Lake Location

Advantage Honda of Fox Lake is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role is an important part of the customer experience, serving as the final interaction during service and parts visits. We’re looking for someone who can provide a quick, accurate, and positive checkout experience while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

  Key Responsibilities

• Process payments for service and parts transactions accurately
• Maintain and balance daily cash drawer
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Assist service and parts departments with light administrative tasks
• Keep the cashier/front desk area clean and organized
• Ensure a smooth and professional checkout experience for every customer

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with transactions
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus
