Cashier / Front Counter CSR

       Position responsibilities:

    •   Greet customers

• Process checkout operation, Complete required paperwork, and data entry services


• Accept all forms of payment (cash, check, credit card)


• Calculate and return change when required


• Process and complete layaways/special orders


• Answer customers questions about products or services


• Check source documents for accuracy


• Reconcile cash drawers / Sales receipts


• Assist in stocking and rotating merchandise


• Work as a team to offer the best customer service
  
  
  
  Knowledge and Skills:
  
  


• Must be computer savvy; must know how to type, use Microsoft office proficiently, and be willing to learn new programs.


• Must be able to multi-task, VERY Important.


• Retail/Customer Service experience is a plus


• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.


• Must be able to work in team environment.


• Must be 18 or older
