Southlake Nissan Cashier

We are looking for a dependable and professional daytime Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our Southlake Nissan team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations and creating a positive experience for our service and sales customers.

Position Overview
As a Cashier, you will be one of the first and last points of contact for our customers. You will handle payments, assist with service-related transactions, and provide friendly, courteous support throughout the customer’s visit. Professionalism, accuracy, and a welcoming attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

  Accurately process cash, credit, and check payments

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain responsibility for a cash drawer and follow dealership procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with customer inquiries

  
  


• 
  

  Support loaner vehicle processes and new car keys, including basic documentation and coordination

  
  


• 
  

  Complete daily paperwork, filing, and document processing

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized front counter and work area

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with service advisors, management, and team members to ensure smooth operations

• Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:30am- 3:30pm or 8:00 am - 4:00 pm & Fridays 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. No weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous dealership, cashier, or customer service experience

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable handling payments and basic administrative tasks

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
