Qualifications:
Prior cashier experience preferred.
Knowledge of and experience in food preparation preferred.
Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent guest service skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Responsibilities:
Collects monies due or applies charges to credit card or guest account using POS terminal.
Responsible for providing prompt, efficient and professional food and beverage service with a working knowledge of cash handling, inventory and food preparation procedures.
Maintains current knowledge of all menu offerings, to include ingredients, preparation method, presentation, appearance and time required.
Monitors guests at all times, anticipates needs, responds to requests, ensures satisfaction.
Other duties as assigned.
