Job Summary

We are a To-Go Restaurant looking for a dedicated Food Runner & Cashier to join our fast-paced team! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring seamless customer service—packing orders accurately, handling transactions at the register, and assisting with restaurant operations. If you're friendly, detail-oriented, and eager to gain experience in the hospitality industry, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Order Packing – Assemble, package, and seal food items for transport.

Quality Control – Verify order accuracy, freshness, and presentation.

Labeling & Organization – Mark containers with order details and arrange them for pickup or delivery.

Cashier Duties – Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.

Customer Service – Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and ensure a smooth ordering experience.

Communication – Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

Sanitation & Safety – Maintain cleanliness in the packing area and follow food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a cashier, busser, barback, or food runner is preferred (but not required—we provide training!)

Basic knowledge of food safety guidelines.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Friendly, outgoing personality.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.

Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
