Cashier / Phone Operator

Description of the role:

This position at Glenn Buege Chevrolet involves a combination of cashier duties and phone operator responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling cash transactions and answering incoming calls with professionalism. This is a full time position working M/W/F 9am - 6pm Tue/Thur 9 am - 7 pm and                                      every other Saturday 9am - 1pm.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions for all departments


• Answer and direct incoming phone calls


• Provide excellent customer service


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• File & Scan documents


• Miscellaneous office jobs including typing vehicle sales documents and working with titles

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills


• Ability to multitask efficiently


• Attention to detail


• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred


• Be able to perform simple math 


• Be able to pass background and driving record checks

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay of $15.00 - $18.00
