Cashier - Receptionist

Sunshine Ford Lincoln is seeking a Cashier-Receptionist. The ideal candidate is a reliable, detail oriented, customer service focused individual with a professional image and demeanor.

This position is Full-Time or Part-Time for the right candidate. Pay will be based on experience and benefits will apply to Full-Time only.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  Greet all customers and determine the nature of their visit

  Answer incoming phone calls and direct all calls to the appropriate department or individual

  
  


• 
  

  Take detailed messages and provide basic information to all callers

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with callers and guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner

  
  


• 
  

  Collect cash, checks, and credit card payments in accordance with the company policy

  
  

• 
  

  Balance payments at shift end and be able to reconcile any discrepancy
