Cashier Team Member

Sweetfin is looking for motivated front of house employees to join our team a Cashier. We have openings all throughout Los Angeles and are looking for motivated individuals who would like to the Sweetfam. We offer on-the-job training and pathways to management, too.

Whether making one of our signature bowls, or getting creative with a Build Your Own Bowl option, our Cashier's are responsible for crafting beautiful and delicious, quickly prepared food. You are the face of your store and the face of Sweetfin, greeting each customer as they come and go to ensure they have a memorable and fresh experience.

Main responsibilities of a cashier:

• Using our cashless POS to ring up items
• Build Poke bowls for customers, maintaining recipes and standards of quality and freshness
• The ability to interact productively with co-workers and to follow directions from a supervisor.
• The ability to operate culinary equipment such as knives, convection stoves, fryers, grills, etc.
• Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads requires a 50 pound lifting requirement.

Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience

Weekdays and weekends are available

1+ year of high volume restaurant experience preferred

Point of sale experience required

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment

Strong attention to detail
