  Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.

  Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers; records amount received.

  Reconciles cash drawer daily.

  Compiles and maintains verified accounts payable records.  Reconciles statements and issues payment to vendors.

  Prepares accounts payable checks.
  
  


• 
  
  Reconciles statements and the general ledger making sure that payments are consistent with dealership schedules.

  Maintains petty cash system.
  
  


•
