Cashier/Advisor Assistant

Description of the role:
Join Metro Kia of Madison as a valuable member of our team in the role of CASHIER/ADVISOR ASSISTANT. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers professionally
- Assist in checking customers out
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

-Managing our Loaner Vehicles

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
