Cashier/Barista, Food Prep, and Kitchen Staff - Urgent

Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cashier/Barista, Food Prep, and Kitchen Staff. If you're passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Cashier/Barista:

• Hours: 9:30am-3:00pm or 3:00pm-9:00pm
• Greet customers and provide exceptional service in a friendly manner.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including bubble tea, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier and barista station.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Opening the store

Pay Rate: $12/hr plus tips or $15/hr no tips

Food Prep:

• Hours: 9:30am-3:00pm or 3:00pm-9:00pm
• Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and specifications.
• Assist with chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food preparation tasks.
• Ensure that all food items are stored and handled properly to maintain freshness.
• Keep workstations clean and sanitized at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.

Pay Rate: $12/hr plus tips or $15/hr no tips

Kitchen Staff:

• Hours: 9:30am-3:00pm or 3:00pm-9:00pm
• Assist with cooking, chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food preparation tasks.
• Follow recipes and instructions to prepare menu items accurately and consistently.
• Monitor food quality and maintain high standards of presentation.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Pay Rate: $15-$17/hr

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food and beverage.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
