MTB Management is a fast growing franchisee of 9 Taco Bells in western Montana including Hamilton, Polson, Butte, Helena, Kalispell, Wye and 3 locations in Missoula.

We embody the cultural value we espouse. Team members are incentivized to volunteer and make an impact on their local community. Along with providing substantial paid volunteer time off, individual stores are allotted a percentage of monthly earnings to vote on giving to a charity of their choice.

In 2019, we were recognized by the Taco Bell Foundation for the Taco Bell Changemaker Award. Because of our commitment to fundraising for youth education, the Taco Bell Foundation proudly awarded $8M in local grants to organizations in every community where Taco Bell does business.

GOLDEN BELL

The Golden Bell award is given to the top 100 performing Taco Bell stores and leaders in the country. We are proud to have three of our eight stores accept this award on multiple occasions in recent years. Being a Golden Bell store is measured by outstanding customer satisfaction, exceeding health and safety standards, and elite store financial performance. Continuing to receive this award is a result of living out the values we stand by every day.
