Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Food Service Associate to join a South Tulsa team. This role is responsible for greeting and serving customers, handling cash transactions, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. The Food Service Associate will also participate in cross-utilization of department personnel and play an important part in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve internal and external customers politely and courteously.
• Assist and serve customers from various Food Court concepts as assigned.
• Operate cash register by charging correct prices, processing payments, and providing accurate change.
• Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, and food items such as salads, sandwiches, burritos, and pizza.
• Accurately follow recipes, measurements, and food preparation procedures.
• Stock and maintain work area cleanliness; assist with deep cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Wear designated uniform, maintain proper personal hygiene, and follow department policies.
• Demonstrate cost awareness, safety practices, and schedule adherence.
• Work directly with patients/customers and collaborate with other healthcare staff.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to accept direction and supervision.
• Reliable and courteous with a focus on customer satisfaction.
