**Job Title:** Cashier / Receptionist

**Pay:** $15–$18 per hour based on experience

**About Us**
New Motors is a locally owned and operated, Erie-based dealership group. We hire local, give back local, and believe a great workplace starts with great people. We're looking for a friendly, organized professional to be the first voice and face of New Motors Ford.

**The Role**
You'll be the hub of the dealership. You'll answer and route incoming calls and process customer payments at the cashier window. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly, you'll fit right in.

**What You'll Do**
- Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the right department
- Take accurate messages and follow up so no customer falls through the cracks
- Greet customers and handle their questions at the cashier window
- Process credit card payments and collect checks for service, parts, and sales
- Balance your cash drawer and keep accurate daily payment records
- Support the sales, service, and accounting teams as needed

**What We're Looking For**
- Friendly, upbeat phone manner and strong customer service skills
- Accurate with money and attention to detail
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software
- Reliable and punctual
- Cashier, reception, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person.
