Front of House / Counter Team Member

The Front of House / Counter Team Member plays a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience at Savvy Sliders & Fat Boy's Pizza. As one of the first points of contact for our guests, this position sets the tone for the warm hospitality, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere that define our brands.

Primary Responsibilities

  Guest Service & Order Taking: Warmly greet guests, accurately take orders, answer menu questions, and process payments using the POS system for both in-person and phone orders.

  Menu Knowledge & Recommendations: Maintain a thorough understanding of both Savvy Sliders and Fat Boy's Pizza menus, including popular items, dining options, and current promotions. Confidently make recommendations and assist guests with their selections.

  Guest Guidance: Explain the ordering and dining process, including the locations of fountain drinks, napkins, and condiments. Assist guests with finding seating and properly displaying their order number cards.

  Food Service: Deliver orders promptly and accurately to guests, ensuring they have everything needed for an enjoyable dining experience.

  Dining Room Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area by promptly clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables as guests finish dining.

  Opening & Closing Duties: Complete assigned opening and closing responsibilities, including preparing the dining area for service, stocking supplies, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the restaurant is ready for daily operations.

  Teamwork & Communication: Work collaboratively with fellow team members and management to maintain efficient operations, uphold service standards, and provide an exceptional guest experience.
