Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordination with multiple departments to capture product information
Ability to bring products to market quickly and with world-class product content
Ownership of product content creation and distribution through all sales channels
Creation and oversight of systems to conduct data audits in the field
Strategy to maintain and improve OE, competitive, pricing, and other interchange data
Management and distribution of product reports
Analyze customer and product information to identify the most significant opportunities to improve the customer experience across categories
Drive content excellence through data governance policies, standards, and procedures
Ownership of PIM, DAM, and ERP product data, including pricing
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
4+ years as Data, Business, or Product Analyst, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Product, or Category Management with an organization of equivalent or larger size
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for data accuracy and quality
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other data analysis software
Can prioritize and manage many ongoing projects
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, through task completion
Remains positive when faced with challenging situations, significant obstacles, or time pressures
Willingness to learn new systems, software, and processes
Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely with project leadership, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders
Driven to learn, interested in professional development
Preferred Qualifications:
Automotive industry experience, especially the aftermarket
Familiarity with ACES and PIES data standards
Experience creating or enforcing data governance in business
Catalog or Content Management experience
General understanding of data structures and systems
