Responsibilities:

• As a Catastrophic Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for managing high-value, complex injury cases from intake through resolution, including Representing clients in catastrophic personal injury matters, including wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, severe burn injuries, and permanent disability claims.
• Conducting in-depth client consultations to evaluate liability, damages, and long-term medical and financial impacts. Developing case strategy, investigating claims, and coordinating with expert such as medical professionals, accident reconstructionist, and economists. 
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement demands, and trial-related filings
• Managing cases through all phases of litigation, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and jury trials.
• Collaborating closely with paralegals, case managers, and litigation support teams to ensure thorough and timely case preparation. Maintaining accurate case documentation and ensuring compliance with Texas personal injury laws and procedural rules. 
• Providing compassionate, client-centered representation to individuals and families navigating life-altering injuries while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards

What you Bring:

• Must have 3-5+ years of experience

• Must have active TX Bar and experience working cases in the state

• Must be willing to work in office M-F

• Open to working in Dallas

Competitive Compensation:
