Catering & Event Manager (Base+ Commission)

Do you love building relationships, creating memorable events, and growing a business? We're looking for an energetic Catering & Event Manager to help expand our catering program and bring new business through the door.

This is a hybrid role focused on outside sales, client relationships, and event planning. If you're motivated by connecting with people, closing sales, and making events come to life, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Grow our catering business through B2B sales, networking, and cold calling.


• Respond to catering inquiries and meet with prospective clients.


• Build lasting relationships with local businesses and community organizations.


• Plan and coordinate catering orders and special events.


• Help develop new event ideas and catering opportunities for the restaurant.


• Deliver outstanding customer service from first contact through event completion.

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience preferred (B2B or outside sales is a plus).


• Restaurant, hospitality, or event planning experience is helpful but not required.


• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.


• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable prospecting for new business.

What We Offer

• $20,000 guaranteed base salary


• Commission with earning potential up to $60,000+ annually


• Hybrid position with a flexible schedule (40-hour work week)
