Catering Chef

Job Brief:

Upscale Southlake catering company is looking for a chef to join our culinary team to assist in the production and execution of catering events. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CATERING.
Responsibilities: Help with food production during the week when busy (located in Southlake). Be able to work off site at events all over D/FW metroplex.

Applicants must have:

- A culinary degree or 2+ years of catering or large volume experience.

- A sanitation certificate

-A drivers license and a reliable source of transportation to work

-Experience driving a box truck.

Applicants must be:

-Punctual

-Have good knife skills.

-Work well in a fast-paced environment.

-Work well on a team.

-Flexible on hours
