Catering Cook

Casey J’s Tavern is a lively neighborhood spot known for great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality. We’re expanding our catering services and are looking for an experienced, dependable, and creative Catering Cook to join our team. 

Position Overview
The Catering Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes for events ranging from intimate gatherings to large functions. This role requires strong culinary skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook catering menu items according to recipes and event specifications. 
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards. 
• Assist with menu planning, prep schedules, and ordering supplies for catering events. 
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. 
• Collaborate with the catering manager and event staff to ensure timely service. 
• Adapt recipes or preparation methods to meet special dietary requests.

• Proven experience as a cook, preferably in catering or high-volume food service. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Reliable transportation to and from Casey J’s Tavern in Rowley. 
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
