Chick-fil-A Pavilions North is looking for an organized, customer-focused Catering Leader to help grow our catering program! This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to represent Chick-fil-A in San Antonio.

You’ll manage catering orders from start to finish—prepping, delivering, setting up, and following up with clients to ensure a top-tier experience. You’ll also hit the streets to canvass local businesses and help spread the word about our catering services.

What You'll Do:

• Plan, manage, and execute catering orders with accuracy, care, and a strong sense of ownership
• Coordinate closely with Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams to ensure orders are prepared, packaged, and delivered on time
• Proactively contact customers to confirm order details, delivery timing, setup needs, and special requests
• Deliver and set up catering orders at events with professionalism, attention to detail, and a hospitality-first mindset
• Follow up with catering customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any feedback or opportunities to improve
• Build relationships with nearby businesses by canvassing and promoting Chick-fil-A catering offerings
• Maintain catering inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure readiness for all orders
• Work independently while staying highly organized, punctual, and responsive
• Share customer insights and leads with leadership to support catering growth
• Support Front-of-House operations during peak hours as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Full-time availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage delivery logistics
• Excellent customer service and clear communication skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous restaurant or catering experience preferred, but not required
