Position Summary
The Catering Manager is responsible for growing catering sales, building relationships with guests and businesses, and ensuring every catering order is executed with excellence. This role leads catering operations from order placement to delivery while creating remarkable experiences that drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow catering sales through community outreach and relationship building.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for catering guests.
- Coordinate and execute catering orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate Run of Show details to restaurant teams.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and hospitality standards are met.
- Train and develop catering team members and delivery staff.
- Track catering performance and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and priorities.
- Hospitality-minded with a servant leadership approach.
- Sales, event coordination, or restaurant leadership experience preferred.
